Refunds and Returns

Thank you for shopping at NayasEmporium.com. We take pride in the quality of our custom tumblers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom-designed tumblers are made to order and are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at tchristinehorn@gmail.com with your request.
  2. Provide your order number, description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our return confirmation and shipping instructions.

Do not send your purchase back to us without receiving confirmation and instructions from us, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item you’re returning is defective or was damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with a new one. Please email us with details of the product and the defect or damage.
